I had a decent first visit, but I’m still undecided about returning. The office was clean and the staff was courteous, and the adjustment itself gave me some short-term relief. On the other hand, I waited past my appointment time and felt like the conversation shifted to a longer care plan too quickly. I would have preferred more time to discuss my goals and what each option involved. The experience wasn’t bad, just less personal and straightforward than I had hoped for.

    More sales than care

    I wanted to like this office, but the visit felt more focused on signing me up than addressing why I came in. I completed a lot of paperwork, waited longer than expected, and then spent only a short time discussing my discomfort. The staff stayed polite, but the explanation of the recommended plan and payment options felt rushed and unclear. I asked for time to think it over and still received follow-up messages that seemed overly persistent. The adjustment itself was okay, but I didn’t leave feeling confident about the process or what would happen next. A simpler explanation, less pressure, and more attention during the exam would have made a big difference for me.
