I liked the car during the test drive, but a warning light came on shortly after I brought it home. I called more than once and had trouble getting a clear answer about when someone could look at it. The buying process was fine, but the lack of follow-up left me disappointed.

I’m happy with the sedan I purchased from 1st Auto Sales. It was clean, drove smoothly, and appeared well cared for. The salesperson gave me space to inspect it and answered my questions without trying to rush the decision. There was a small delay getting everything ready for pickup, and I had to call for an update rather than receiving one. That was a little inconvenient, but the car itself has been dependable and the final paperwork was accurate. I’d still buy here again.

I bought a used truck here and the whole process went better than expected. The salesperson answered my questions directly and pointed out the normal wear instead of pretending the truck was perfect. I was able to take my time checking everything and the test drive wasn’t rushed. The numbers stayed consistent from our first conversation through the final paperwork. The truck has been running strong, and I’m happy with what I got for my budget. Good, honest experience overall.
