good car, minor delay
I’m happy with the sedan I purchased from 1st Auto Sales. It was clean, drove smoothly, and appeared well cared for. The salesperson gave me space to inspect it and answered my questions without trying to rush the decision. There was a small delay getting everything ready for pickup, and I had to call for an update rather than receiving one. That was a little inconvenient, but the car itself has been dependable and the final paperwork was accurate. I’d still buy here again.

solid used truck
I bought a used truck here and the whole process went better than expected. The salesperson answered my questions directly and pointed out the normal wear instead of pretending the truck was perfect. no pressure at all
I went in just to look and made that clear from the start. They respected that, handed me the information on a couple of cars, and let me compare them without constantly checking in. When I decided to move forward, the staff walked me through the financing and made sure I understood the payment terms. The car was detailed before pickup and had enough fuel for me to get on my way. treated me with respect

car needed attention
My initial experience was friendly, and the car looked clean on the lot. Within a short time, though, I noticed a vibration at highway speed and a problem with one of the windows. I understand used vehicles can need repairs, but I expected better communication when I reached out. I was passed between people and didn’t get a firm plan for having the issues checked. The vehicle is usable, but the after-sale support didn’t match the service I received while buying it.

worth the drive

happy with my suv
I’m pleased with the SUV I purchased and felt the staff made a real effort to keep me within my budget. Nobody pushed extra features or tried to steer me toward a vehicle I didn’t want. The test drive was relaxed, the interior was clean, and they answered my questions about the vehicle history. My only complaint is that I spent longer waiting for the final paperwork than I expected, and updates during that wait would have helped. Once we got started, everything was reviewed carefully and there were no surprise changes. Overall it was a good buying experience, and I would still recommend stopping by.
