I had been shopping for a dependable used SUV and was getting tired of pushy salespeople. My experience at 1st Auto Sales was completely different. I explained my budget and what I needed for my family, and they showed me realistic options instead of trying to move me into something more expensive. They let me look over the SUV carefully and didn’t mind when I asked to take another drive. The paperwork took some time, but every section was explained before I signed. The vehicle was cleaned up and ready when promised. I appreciated being treated like a person rather than just another sale and would shop here again.

    good car, minor delay

    I’m happy with the sedan I purchased from 1st Auto Sales. It was clean, drove smoothly, and appeared well cared for. The salesperson gave me space to inspect it and answered my questions without trying to rush the decision. There was a small delay getting everything ready for pickup, and I had to call for an update rather than receiving one. That was a little inconvenient, but the car itself has been dependable and the final paperwork was accurate. I’d still buy here again.

    solid used truck

    I bought a used truck here and the whole process went better than expected. The salesperson answered my questions directly and pointed out the normal wear instead of pretending the truck was perfect. I was able to take my time checking everything and the test drive wasn’t rushed. The numbers stayed consistent from our first conversation through the final paperwork. The truck has been running strong, and I’m happy with what I got for my budget. Good, honest experience overall.
