I was told the car was ready, but after arriving I found warning lights on the dash and the interior had not been cleaned. Nobody could give me a clear answer about the issue, and I wasted a big part of my afternoon waiting around. I left without buying and would not return after that experience.

I came over to Hollywood after seeing a vehicle online and was glad it was actually there when I arrived. The salesperson gave me room to inspect it, answered my questions, and let me take a proper test drive without hovering. I noticed a small issue with one of the tires, and they agreed to address it before delivery. Financing took some time, but everything was explained before I signed. There were no strange last-minute changes to the deal. When I picked up the car, it was washed, fueled, and ready. I’ve had it for a while now and it has been running great. I would definitely shop here again.
