I was told the car was ready, but after arriving I found warning lights on the dash and the interior had not been cleaned. Nobody could give me a clear answer about the issue, and I wasted a big part of my afternoon waiting around. I left without buying and would not return after that experience.

I came in expecting the usual pressure, but nobody rushed me into anything. I looked at a few cars, took my time on the test drive, and got straightforward answers about mileage and financing. The paperwork moved along without surprises, and the car was clean when I picked it up. Really happy with my purchase.

I’m satisfied with the vehicle itself, but communication between the sales and finance sides could have been much better during pickup.
