I knew almost nothing about keyboards, but they explained the basic features clearly and helped me choose one without pressuring me.

I always find the picks, cables, and strings I need here. The staff is friendly and never makes me feel rushed.

I bought a used effects pedal that worked in the store but started cutting out when I tried it at home. I returned to ask about it and felt like my concern was brushed aside. I understand used equipment can have issues, but I expected more help troubleshooting or discussing an exchange.

I came in to replace a small practice amp and was happy with the help I received. The salesperson asked what kind of music I play, what guitar I use, and whether I needed enough volume for rehearsals. That made the suggestions feel practical instead of sales driven. I was able to test two amps with my own guitar, and nobody rushed me. The amp I chose was boxed up carefully, and they made sure I had the right cable before leaving. My only complaint is that a couple of the display amps were dusty and the accessory aisle felt cramped. Still, I got solid advice and would shop here again.
