I came in looking for a dependable commuter car and left with one that fit my budget. The salesperson gave me space to look around, pulled the vehicle history when I asked, and let me take a decent test drive. Financing took a little time, but everything was explained before I signed. The car was clean inside and drove well on the way home. I appreciated not feeling rushed or talked into something more expensive. I’d shop here again.

I had been searching around Orlando for a used sedan and was tired of listings that didn’t match the actual car. What I saw online here was what I found on the lot. I checked the interior, looked under the hood, and took my time during the test drive without anyone hovering. The staff answered my financing questions in plain language and went over the paperwork line by line. There were no surprise add-ons when it was time to sign. They also made sure the car had fuel and was cleaned up before I left. A week later, someone followed up to see how it was running. That kind of service stood out to me.

I’m mostly satisfied with the vehicle itself, and the test drive went smoothly. The buying process was another story. I waited longer than expected, had to ask twice for copies of documents, and got different answers about when the car would be ready. Nothing terrible, but the communication could definitely improve.
