I drove across town after confirming availability, only to learn the car was gone. Nobody called me back afterward. Complete waste of time.

Good first car experience
I bought my first used car here and expected the process to be stressful. It wasn’t. They explained the loan terms clearly, answered my dad’s questions, and had us finished faster than expected.

No pressure at all

Worth the drive
I came in looking for a dependable commuter car and left with one that fit my budget. The salesperson gave me space to look around, pulled the vehicle history when I asked, and let me take a decent test drive. Financing took a little time, but everything was explained before I signed. The car was clean inside and drove well on the way home. I appreciated not feeling rushed or talked into something more expensive. I’d shop here again.

Too much waiting
I liked the car, but the paperwork dragged on and communication was lacking.
