I came in expecting the usual back-and-forth, but the whole visit felt surprisingly relaxed. I was able to look over several cars without anyone hovering, and when I had questions, the salesperson gave me direct answers about mileage, previous use, and financing. The car I chose was clean inside, drove smoothly, and matched what I had seen in the listing. Paperwork was explained in plain English, with no last-minute surprises added at the desk. They even gave me time to call my insurance company instead of rushing me along. I’ve had the car for a little while now, and everything is still running great. Very pleased with 2020 Auto.

    worth shopping around for

At 2020 Auto, I felt like I could actually make an informed decision. They showed me the vehicle history, let me take a decent test drive, and were upfront about a couple of cosmetic marks. I appreciated that honesty because the car itself was in solid shape and fit my budget. Financing took some time, but the staff kept me updated and found terms I was comfortable with.     good overall, little slow

    The buying experience was good overall. I found a sedan in nice condition, and the salesperson was patient while I checked the features and took it for a drive. The numbers were presented clearly, and there wasn’t much pressure. My only complaint is that the paperwork stage moved a little slowly, so I was there longer than expected. Still, everyone remained polite, and the car has been dependable so far. I’d consider 2020 Auto again when it’s time to replace our other vehicle.
