I bought a used sedan here after visiting a couple other lots in Hollywood. The staff was much less aggressive than what I had dealt with elsewhere, and I appreciated being able to think through the decision. The price felt reasonable for the condition, and the paperwork was explained well. My only nitpick is that I had to remind them about a promised second cleaning before pickup. They handled it once I asked, and the car has been dependable so far.

    surprisingly easy purchase

    I came in expecting a long afternoon, but the whole purchase was surprisingly easy. The salesperson listened to what I needed, showed me a few cars in my budget, and gave me space to compare them. I took two test drives and never felt rushed. The paperwork was explained clearly, the car was clean at pickup, and they even checked in afterward. I drove away feeling confident about my choice, which I rarely say about buying a used car.
