I brought my brother along because he knows more about cars than I do. We both expected the usual sales pressure, but nobody hovered or tried to steer me toward something more expensive. I was shown several options, got enough time to check the tires and interior, and took the one I liked for a thorough drive. A small concern we noticed was addressed before I signed. The person handling the documents went through each section instead of rushing me. Pickup was easy, the tank had some fuel, and the car looked better than when I first saw it. I would absolutely shop here again.

The lot had a decent selection in my price range, and I found a crossover that checked most of my boxes. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and direct, especially when explaining the financing and warranty options. I never felt pushed into extras. The only downside was that the car was not quite ready at pickup, so I waited while it was cleaned. That was mildly annoying, but the rest of the process went well and I’m happy with it.

The staff was much less aggressive than what I had dealt with elsewhere, and I appreciated being able to think through the decision.
