My experience was good overall. I found a compact SUV that matched the online description, and the person helping me was patient while I looked over the interior and asked about the service history. The test drive was relaxed, financing options were laid out without pressure, and there were no surprises when I signed. I also appreciated that they cleaned up a few marks before pickup. My only complaint is that the paperwork took longer than expected because I waited around between steps. Still, I left happy with the car and would consider buying here again, especially after dealing with much pushier lots in the area.
