Buying my first car was intimidating, but this turned out to be a comfortable experience. I was shown vehicles that actually fit my budget, not just the most expensive ones. My questions were answered without making me feel clueless, and the documents were easy to follow. I’m very pleased with what I drove home.

I came in expecting a long afternoon, but the whole purchase was surprisingly easy. The salesperson listened to what I needed, showed me a few cars in my budget, and gave me space to compare them. I took two test drives and never felt rushed. The paperwork was explained clearly, the car was clean at pickup, and they even checked in afterward. I drove away feeling confident about my choice, which I rarely say about buying a used car.
