I bought a used sedan here after visiting several other lots around Tallahassee. The selection was solid, and I appreciated being allowed to look around before anyone started asking me questions. Once I was ready, the salesperson explained the vehicle history, financing options, and warranty choices in plain language. My test drive went well, and the car was clean when I picked it up. The only drawback was the wait to finish the paperwork; I spent close to two hours inside, which felt excessive. Still, everyone remained courteous, there were no surprise charges in the final numbers, and the car has treated me well so far. Overall, a good purchase.
