Once I was ready, the salesperson explained the vehicle history, financing options, and warranty choices in plain language. My test drive went well, and the car was clean when I picked it up. The only drawback was the wait to finish the paperwork; I spent close to two hours inside, which felt excessive. Still, everyone remained courteous, there were no surprise charges in the final numbers, and the car has treated me well so far. Overall, a good purchase.

My experience was pretty uneven. The salesperson was friendly and let me test drive the crossover without hovering, which I appreciated. The car itself drove well and seemed fairly priced for the mileage. However, the inside still had crumbs in the seats, and the fuel light was on when I left the lot. The paperwork also took much longer than expected because a few forms had to be redone. They answered my questions and I did end up buying, but the delivery could have been more organized. So far the vehicle has been reliable, which keeps this at three stars. I would consider returning, but only with more time set aside.
