I came in expecting the usual back-and-forth, but the process was surprisingly straightforward. I compared two SUVs, took my time on the test drive, and asked plenty of questions. The vehicle was clean, the terms were explained clearly, and I never felt rushed into signing anything. I'd shop here again.
