I liked the selection and eventually found a truck within my budget. The cab could have been cleaned better, and I waited quite a while to speak with someone. Once helped, the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. Not a bad experience, just nothing exceptional.

The truck itself was in fair condition for the mileage and drove well. My issue was getting clear answers about when it would be ready. I received different estimates from two employees and had to come back another day. The deal was acceptable, but communication could be better.

I called twice to confirm a truck was still for sale, then arrived and was told it had already been sold. No one could explain why I had been told otherwise. I spent time and fuel getting there for nothing. The staff barely apologized, and I won’t make another trip back.

I brought someone knowledgeable with me to inspect a few trucks, and the staff was completely fine with us taking our time. They answered questions about service history, tires, and previous use without getting defensive. We settled on a clean tractor that matched my budget. The final paperwork matched what we had discussed, with no last-minute surprises. They even took time to walk me through a few controls before I left. That level of patience made the purchase much less stressful.

I came in looking for a truck for my small delivery business and appreciated that nobody pushed me toward something bigger than I needed. They showed me a few options, let me check the cargo areas, and gave me time to look underneath each vehicle. The truck I chose was clean and drove well on the test run. Financing and title paperwork were explained in plain language. I left feeling comfortable with the purchase and would return when it’s time to add another vehicle.
