The truck itself was in fair condition for the mileage and drove well. My issue was getting clear answers about when it would be ready. I received different estimates from two employees and had to come back another day. The deal was acceptable, but communication could be better.

I called twice to confirm a truck was still for sale, then arrived and was told it had already been sold. No one could explain why I had been told otherwise. I spent time and fuel getting there for nothing. The staff barely apologized, and I won’t make another trip back.

I came in looking for a truck for my small delivery business and appreciated that nobody pushed me toward something bigger than I needed. They showed me a few options, let me check the cargo areas, and gave me time to look underneath each vehicle. The truck I chose was clean and drove well on the test run. Financing and title paperwork were explained in plain language. I left feeling comfortable with the purchase and would return when it’s time to add another vehicle.

I had been searching for a reliable box truck without a lot of unnecessary extras. They had a few practical options and were upfront about the wear on each one. I appreciated being able to start them cold and take a proper test drive. The staff handled my trade-in professionally and explained every form before I signed. I drove over after being told the truck I wanted to see was available and ready for a test drive. When I arrived, it was blocked in behind other vehicles and the battery was dead. I waited around while they tried to get it started, but nobody gave me a clear update. Once it was running, the cab had warning lights that had not been mentioned during my call. The salesperson was polite enough, but the whole visit felt disorganized and wasted most of my afternoon. I understand used trucks can have issues, but I would have appreciated an honest description before making the trip. I ended up leaving without buying.

There was no pressure when I took extra time to decide. The truck was washed and ready when I returned for pickup, and all the documents were organized. A few weeks in, it has been working well for my routes. I’d feel comfortable doing business with them again.

I bought a used work truck here and started having trouble almost immediately. During the test drive it seemed fine, but after taking it home I noticed a fluid leak and an intermittent warning light. I called several times asking what they could do, and I kept getting passed around or told someone would call me back. Nobody followed up. I know a used vehicle will not be perfect, but I expected better communication after spending that much money. I had to pay another shop to diagnose it and lost work while the truck sat. The lack of concern after the sale is what bothered me most. I cannot recommend this dealer based on my experience.
