I needed a used day cab and had a long list of questions about maintenance and mileage. The salesperson stayed patient, pulled the available records, and let my mechanic look everything over. There was no pressure when I took extra time to decide. The truck was washed and ready when I returned for pickup, and all the documents were organized. A few weeks in, it has been working well for my routes. I’d feel comfortable doing business with them again.

    decent truck, uneven service

    The truck itself was in fair condition for the mileage and drove well. My issue was getting clear answers about when it would be ready. I received different estimates from two employees and had to come back another day. The deal was acceptable, but communication could be better.

    I called twice to confirm a truck was still for sale, then arrived and was told it had already been sold. No one could explain why I had been told otherwise. I spent time and fuel getting there for nothing. The staff barely apologized, and I won’t make another trip back.
