pickup was frustrating
I liked the car, but it wasn’t cleaned well and the pickup took much longer than promised. The lack of updates was disappointing.

a smooth trade-in
I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.

helpful and straightforward
This was my first time buying from 2999 Cars, and the whole visit felt straightforward. I had questions about the vehicle history and maintenance, and they took time to go through the information with me. The test drive was relaxed, with no pressure to make an immediate decision. Once I was ready, the paperwork moved along smoothly. My car was clean inside and had enough fuel to get me on my way. I’ve been enjoying it ever since.

easy from start to finish
I went in expecting the usual pressure and back-and-forth, but that never happened. I explained what size vehicle I needed and what I was comfortable spending, and the salesperson showed me a few realistic options instead of steering me toward something more expensive. I was given plenty of time to look everything over and take a proper test drive. The car was clean, drove smoothly, and matched what had been described to me. Paperwork was explained in plain language, with no surprise add-ons at the end. I left feeling good about both the vehicle and the deal. Easily one of my better car-buying experiences in Port Orange.
