a smooth trade-in
I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. happy with my purchase
I had a positive experience buying my car here. The salesperson was approachable, knew the vehicles on the lot, and didn’t try to talk over me when I explained what I wanted. I looked at a few options before choosing a hatchback that was in good condition and drove nicely. The final figures were explained clearly, and I didn’t encounter any surprise fees during signing. My only small complaint is that the gas tank was nearly empty when I picked it up, so my first stop had to be a station. That was minor compared with the rest of the experience. ignored after the sale
I’m extremely frustrated with how things changed once the paperwork was signed. A warning light came on shortly after I brought the vehicle home, and I called several times looking for guidance.
