I’m happy with the crossover I bought from 3 Starz Auto. It matched the description, felt solid during the test drive, and was priced in line with the other vehicles I had researched. The salesperson was friendly and answered my questions without giving me a rehearsed sales pitch. My only complaint was the pickup timing. I was told the vehicle would be ready when I arrived, but I still waited while the final cleaning and paperwork were completed. It added almost an hour to the visit. Still, the staff apologized, and the car has been running well since I brought it home. Overall, it was a good experience with a minor inconvenience.

    a surprisingly pleasant purchase

    Buying a used car usually makes me nervous, but this was a comfortable experience. I told them my budget and the features I cared about, and they showed me realistic options instead of steering me toward something more expensive. I was able to check the vehicle over, take a decent test drive, and ask plenty of questions. The numbers were presented clearly before I signed anything, with no last-minute surprise added to the conversation. The car was cleaned up and ready when I returned to finish the purchase. I’ve put regular commuting miles on it since then, and it has been dependable. I’d gladly recommend 3 Starz Auto to someone shopping around Ocala.

    easy from start to finish

    I came in expecting the usual pressure and was pleasantly surprised. I had time to look around, ask questions, and take a proper test drive without anyone hovering over me. The SUV I chose was clean inside and drove exactly as described. They explained the financing and paperwork in plain language, so I never felt lost. Everything was wrapped up faster than I expected. I’ve had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I’m still very happy with it.

    follow-up was disappointing

    The buying part went fairly smoothly, but my opinion changed afterward. A warning light came on soon after I brought the car home, and getting a clear response took several calls. I understand that used vehicles can have issues, but I expected better communication and at least some help figuring out the next step. Instead, I kept being told someone would get back to me. The car is usable, but the lack of follow-through made the whole purchase feel much less positive.
