I chose 305 Concierge mainly for the delivery option, which was very convenient while staying in Key Biscayne. Booking was easy, and the employee who brought the car was courteous. However, the vehicle wasn’t in the condition I expected. There were crumbs around the cup holders, one of the charging ports didn’t work, and the low tire pressure alert came on the second day. They responded when I reached out and told me where I could add air, but I would have preferred the car to be checked beforehand. The return process was quick and my final charge looked correct. There’s a good service here, but quality control needs more attention.

    Great island rental experience

    I was impressed with how responsive the team was when our flight arrival changed. They adjusted the delivery without making it a hassle, and the car looked freshly cleaned inside and out. The whole handoff was quick but still thorough. It was easily the smoothest part of our trip to Key Biscayne.

    Not ready at pickup

    I waited much longer than expected because the car was still being cleaned when I arrived. Once I got it, I noticed a warning light on the dash and didn’t feel comfortable driving far. The staff answered my message, but the replacement process took too long and disrupted our afternoon plans.

    Helpful and very responsive

    I had several questions about insurance and mileage before booking, and each one was answered clearly without any pressure. The sedan I received was comfortable, clean, and in great condition. Delivery to our condo was prompt, and returning the keys was simple. This was a very pleasant rental experience from start to finish.
