The machine itself had visible wear but operated properly once we got started. My issue was the delivery window. I had workers waiting at the site, and the lift arrived much later than anticipated without an update until I called. The driver was friendly and gave us a quick walkthrough, so that helped. Return pickup went better and was completed without any trouble. I’d consider renting again because the equipment did the job, but I would confirm timing several times if the schedule was tight.
