I used 305hookup for a compact scissor lift rental. Booking was straightforward, and the quote matched what I was charged, which I appreciated. The machine itself had visible wear but operated properly once we got started. My issue was the delivery window. I had workers waiting at the site, and the lift arrived much later than anticipated without an update until I called. The driver was friendly and gave us a quick walkthrough, so that helped. Return pickup went better and was completed without any trouble. I’d consider renting again because the equipment did the job, but I would confirm timing several times if the schedule was tight.

I needed a boom lift for exterior work and the whole rental went smoothly. They helped me choose the right reach without pushing a bigger machine than necessary. Delivery was on time, the lift was clean, and the controls felt solid. The driver took a few minutes to go over the basics before leaving. Pickup was also handled without me having to keep calling. I needed a lift on fairly short notice for a warehouse project. They had an option that fit through our entrance, and the rental terms were easy enough to understand. Delivery was about an hour outside the expected window, which put us behind. The scissor lift also arrived with less charge than I would have liked, though it lasted long enough to complete the main portion of the work. Staff answered when I called and stayed professional throughout. Pickup was smooth and the bill looked consistent with the quote. I’m not unhappy, but the delivery and battery issues keep this from being a stronger review. It was a usable, average rental.

I rented an articulating lift for a painting project and was happy with how everything turned out. The person helping me asked about access, working height, and the surface at the site before recommending a machine. That saved us from ordering something too wide for the gate. The lift arrived clean, charged, and ready to work. Pricing was explained clearly, and I didn’t see any surprise items when the paperwork came through. My only complaint is that the pickup happened later in the day than I was told, so the machine sat in our limited parking area for several extra hours. Otherwise, I would rent here again.

The equipment arrived in good working order, the safety features were easy to check, and the staff explained the return process clearly. They were also patient when I had to confirm jobsite access with my customer. The only downside was a short delay getting the final invoice sent over. Nothing major, and I would still feel comfortable using them again.
