I enjoyed using the cart, and it was clean with a strong battery. The only drawback was waiting longer than expected for delivery. Once it arrived, everything else went smoothly and the staff was pleasant.

I was happy with the cart and thought the reservation process was easy. It was clean, drove well, and had plenty of room for our group. My only complaint was that the pickup timing changed without much notice, so we had to move it sooner than planned. Otherwise, the service was friendly and dependable.
