I was happy with the cart and thought the reservation process was easy. It was clean, drove well, and had plenty of room for our group. My only complaint was that the pickup timing changed without much notice, so we had to move it sooner than planned. Otherwise, the service was friendly and dependable.

My rental experience was somewhere in the middle. The cart got us around and had enough seating for our group, but it arrived later than the window I was given. It was also not as clean as I expected, with sand on the floor and some marks on the seats. The battery held up for shorter rides, though I felt like we had to charge it more often than the instructions suggested. On the positive side, the staff member I reached was courteous and did answer my questions. Pickup at the end went smoothly. I might consider renting again, but only if the delivery communication and cart preparation were more consistent next time.

I rented a cart for a long weekend and everything worked as expected. Delivery was on time, the seats and floor were clean, and the battery lasted through our daily trips. The person I spoke with was patient about explaining the controls. Returning it was easy too. I’d use this company again.

I booked a cart for our group after realizing how much back-and-forth we would be doing during the week. It turned out to be a great decision. The staff confirmed the basic details, explained the rental terms clearly, and arranged delivery without making the process complicated. The cart itself was clean and comfortable, and all the lights and belts worked properly. We charged it overnight and never had an issue with the battery during the day. Even with beach gear loaded up, it drove well. When our trip ended, pickup happened without us needing to wait around. I’m very happy with the service and would choose 30A Elite again for another Inlet Beach visit.

I had a very positive experience renting here. Making the reservation was quick, and communication before delivery gave me everything I needed to know. The cart arrived clean, charged, and ready for our family to use. It had enough space for everyone without feeling cramped, and we had no trouble operating or charging it. I especially liked not having to spend part of our vacation dealing with pickup paperwork. At the end, we left it where instructed and were done. Very convenient overall.

I had a terrible experience with this rental. The cart looked worn when it arrived, and by the second outing it was losing power much faster than expected. Eventually it stopped several blocks from our rental house with my family aboard. I called for help and had to follow up more than once before getting a useful response. We lost a large part of our afternoon waiting and rearranging plans. A replacement was not provided quickly enough to make up for the inconvenience. I understand equipment can have problems, but the lack of urgency was what really bothered me. For what I paid, I expected a dependable cart and responsive support. I would not rent here again.

I was a little nervous renting a golf cart for the first time, but the staff made the process very manageable. They explained the rules, charging routine, and pickup plan in plain language. I rented a six-passenger cart for our family trip and was impressed with how smoothly everything went.
