I was a little nervous renting a golf cart for the first time, but the staff made the process very manageable. They explained the rules, charging routine, and pickup plan in plain language. Our cart was delivered in good condition and had working lights, seat belts, and enough storage for the things we carried to the beach. It handled our group comfortably and stayed charged through our normal daily use. I also appreciated that someone responded promptly when I had a question about the charger. There were no surprise steps or confusing paperwork at the end. This was one of the easiest parts of planning our vacation, and I would happily use them again.

    good experience with one hiccup

    I was happy with the cart and thought the reservation process was easy. It was clean, drove well, and had plenty of room for our group. My only complaint was that the pickup timing changed without much notice, so we had to move it sooner than planned. Otherwise, the service was friendly and dependable.
