I had several questions before booking, and the staff answered each one patiently. The cart arrived in great shape, charged easily overnight, and gave our family no trouble during the entire rental.

I was happy with the cart and thought the reservation process was easy. It was clean, drove well, and had plenty of room for our group. My only complaint was that the pickup timing changed without much notice, so we had to move it sooner than planned. Otherwise, the service was friendly and dependable.
