It handled our trips around the neighborhood and to the beach access without any trouble. Returning it was just as quick, with no surprise charges or hassle. I appreciated how friendly everyone was, especially since we had several questions about where carts were allowed.

    Good cart, uneven communication

    I liked the cart itself, and it was clean, roomy, and dependable all week. The communication could have been better, though. I had to follow up twice to confirm the pickup window and waited longer than expected. Once everything was sorted out, the rental went smoothly. Overall, it was an average experience.

    Made our trip easier

    We had grandparents and young kids with us, so renting a golf cart made getting around much easier. I called with a few questions before booking, and the person who answered was patient and helpful. Our cart arrived looking well cared for, with plenty of room for beach bags and chairs. It ran reliably the entire stay and held a charge better than I expected. Pickup after our rental was prompt. I would gladly use this company on another Santa Rosa Beach trip.
