I liked the cart itself, and it was clean, roomy, and dependable all week. The communication could have been better, though. I had to follow up twice to confirm the pickup window and waited longer than expected. Once everything was sorted out, the rental went smoothly. Overall, it was an average experience.

We had grandparents and young kids with us, so renting a golf cart made getting around much easier. I called with a few questions before booking, and the person who answered was patient and helpful. Our cart arrived looking well cared for, with plenty of room for beach bags and chairs. It ran reliably the entire stay and held a charge better than I expected. Pickup after our rental was prompt. I would gladly use this company on another Santa Rosa Beach trip.

I booked a cart for a week and was pleased with the whole experience. The reservation process was clear, and I received helpful information about delivery and acceptable driving areas before our arrival. The cart showed up clean, fully charged, and in better condition than a couple of rentals we have used elsewhere. We drove it to nearby beach access points and around our rental community every day. It never gave us trouble, even with a full group and beach supplies loaded in back. I also appreciated that the seat belts, lights, and turn signals all worked as they should. At the end of the week, pickup happened without us needing to rearrange our plans.

I was impressed by how clean and comfortable our rental was. The crew walked me through charging, parking, and the local cart rules before I left. We used it every day of our stay without a single issue. The whole process felt organized, relaxed, and much easier than renting a car.

I rented a larger cart for our group, and it had enough space for everyone plus our beach gear. The staff was welcoming, the brakes and lights worked properly, and returning it took only a few minutes.

I arrived at the agreed pickup time, but our cart was not ready and I waited quite a while. It also had sand in the seats and a weak charger. The staff was polite, but I expected better preparation.

I reserved a six-seater for our family vacation and had a great experience. The paperwork was simple, the staff explained the controls clearly, and the cart was clean when we picked it up.
