I had no major problems with the cart, and it ran well during our stay. However, the interior looked rushed between renters, and getting an answer about the return instructions took longer than it should have.

I completed the paperwork quickly, got a clear rundown of the cart, and was on my way. The battery lasted through our daily rides, and the seats and storage area were both clean.

I liked the cart itself, and it was clean, roomy, and dependable all week. The communication could have been better, though. I had to follow up twice to confirm the pickup window and waited longer than expected. Once everything was sorted out, the rental went smoothly. Overall, it was an average experience.

We had grandparents and young kids with us, so renting a golf cart made getting around much easier. I called with a few questions before booking, and the person who answered was patient and helpful. Our cart arrived looking well cared for, with plenty of room for beach bags and chairs. It ran reliably the entire stay and held a charge better than I expected. Pickup after our rental was prompt. I would gladly use this company on another Santa Rosa Beach trip.
