I had a good buying experience overall. The person helping me listened to what I needed for short trips around the neighborhood and didn’t keep pushing upgrades. I was able to compare seating, storage, and battery options without feeling rushed. The paperwork was straightforward, and the cart looked clean when I picked it up. My only complaint was that pickup ran about half an hour later than the window I was given, so I had to rearrange part of my afternoon. Once they brought it around, though, they walked me through charging and answered my last few questions. I’ve used it several times now and it rides smoothly. I would shop here again.
