exactly what we needed

good cart, minor delay
I had a good buying experience overall. The person helping me listened to what I needed for short trips around the neighborhood and didn’t keep pushing upgrades. My only complaint was that pickup ran about half an hour later than the window I was given, so I had to rearrange part of my afternoon.
