I wanted a cart mainly for getting our family and beach supplies around, and the staff helped me choose a practical setup instead of the fanciest one. They showed me how the rear seat folded down, explained charging, and answered my questions about keeping the batteries in good shape. The cart arrived clean and ready to use. I’ve already taken it out several times, and it feels solid with plenty of room. The whole process was relaxed, clear, and easier than I expected.
