    Smooth rental overall

    I rented two skis for a family outing and overall had a really good experience. The employees explained the controls in plain English, checked that our vests fit, and gave us a clear rundown of the riding boundaries. Both machines looked cared for and had plenty of power. Booking and the waiver process were straightforward, and nobody tried to add surprise charges at checkout. My only complaint is that we stood around for about 15 minutes after completing the paperwork before getting started, with no real update. Once we were on the water, everything went smoothly. I'd rent here again, especially now that I know to build in a little extra time.

    Highlight of our weekend

    My friends surprised me with a jet ski rental, and it ended up being the highlight of our Melbourne weekend. I appreciated that the crew took safety seriously without dragging out the instructions. The machine was clean, the throttle responded well, and returning it was painless. I'd gladly book another session next time we are in town.

    Easy weekend rental

    Delayed and disappointing

    I booked ahead and arrived early, but I still spent about half an hour waiting while the crew sorted out which jet ski was available. The seat compartment had standing water, and the life vest I was handed smelled damp. Once I got moving, the ski ran fine, but my rental ended at the original time despite the delayed start. I asked about making up the lost time and got a pretty dismissive answer. Not the experience I expected.

    Poor communication

    I reserved a jet ski for the afternoon, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. I waited longer than expected and felt the communication was pretty poor. The ride itself was fine once I finally got out.

    Great for a first-timer

    I was nervous about riding for the first time, but the staff didn't make me feel silly. They showed me how to start, steer, and reboard if needed, then checked in before I headed out. The jet ski was clean and easy to handle. I came back smiling and would absolutely do it again.

    Best part of our day

    My son and I rented two jet skis and had an excellent time from start to finish. The person checking us in was patient with the waivers and made sure we understood the no-wake area before launching. Our skis were clean, comfortable, and responsive, and both life jackets fit properly. We got the full amount of time we paid for, with no confusion when we returned. This was easily the best part of our day in Melbourne, and we're already talking about coming back.
