    some good, some frustrating

    I liked the selection and eventually found a car that fit my needs. Communication was inconsistent, though, and I had to ask twice for an update on the paperwork. The vehicle itself has been fine so far.

    good people, good car

    I was nervous about buying a used imported vehicle, but the staff walked me through its condition and available records. They gave me space to look underneath the hood and never rushed my decision. The car has been running well, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything was going smoothly.

    happy with my import

    I had been looking for a particular style of imported car and found a good option here. The salesperson knew the vehicle well, pointed out a couple of cosmetic flaws before I noticed them, and gave me plenty of time for a test drive. I never felt pushed toward financing or extras I didn’t want. The final paperwork was organized, and the amount matched what we had discussed. My only complaint is that the car could have used a more thorough cleaning before pickup; there was dust around the console and a few marks on the glass. Still, it drove great on the way home, and overall I’m happy with how I was treated.
