I liked the selection and eventually found a car that fit my needs. Communication was inconsistent, though, and I had to ask twice for an update on the paperwork. The vehicle itself has been fine so far.

I was nervous about buying a used imported vehicle, but the staff walked me through its condition and available records. They gave me space to look underneath the hood and never rushed my decision. I had been looking for a particular style of imported car and found a good option here. The salesperson knew the vehicle well, pointed out a couple of cosmetic flaws before I noticed them, and gave me plenty of time for a test drive. I never felt pushed toward financing or extras I didn’t want. The final paperwork was organized, and the amount matched what we had discussed. My only complaint is that the car could have used a more thorough cleaning before pickup; there was dust around the console and a few marks on the glass. Still, it drove great on the way home, and overall I’m happy with how I was treated.
