I had been searching for an SUV with enough room for my family but didn’t want to go over budget. The staff showed me what was available and let me take my time checking the seats, cargo space, and controls. The test drive went well, and the numbers were presented clearly with no last-minute surprises. They also made sure the vehicle was cleaned before pickup. I’ve already used it for a weekend trip, and it drove comfortably the whole way. Very pleased with my choice.

    poor follow-up

    I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.
