poor follow-up
I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.

finally found the right suv
I had been searching for an SUV with enough room for my family but didn’t want to go over budget. The staff showed me what was available and let me take my time checking the seats, cargo space, and controls.
