I drove to Sanford based on the description I was given, but the vehicle had more cosmetic damage and warning lights than I expected. The salesperson acted like those issues were no big deal. I felt my time was wasted and left without buying anything. Better disclosure beforehand would have prevented the trip.

I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.

I got a fair deal and the staff answered all my questions without rushing me. The buying process was pretty smooth, though the final paperwork took longer than expected. Overall, I’m happy with the car.
