very frustrating experience

I came in ready to buy after discussing a vehicle beforehand, but the experience went downhill once I arrived. The car was not in the condition I expected, and several issues I noticed during the test drive were brushed off. I also felt like the terms changed while we were going through the paperwork. When I asked for clarification, I got vague answers and felt rushed to sign. I decided not to move forward, which ended up wasting most of my afternoon. I understand used cars will have wear, but I expect clear communication and honest answers before making such a large purchase. I left angry and disappointed.

    poor follow-up

    I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.
