I told them what I could comfortably spend and what kind of vehicle I needed for my commute. Nobody tried to talk me into a more expensive option. Instead, they showed me a few cars that actually made sense and gave me space to compare them. I ended up choosing one that drove well and had a clean interior. The financing explanation was easy to follow, and I didn’t feel rushed while reviewing the documents. Pickup was simple, and the staff checked in afterward to make sure everything was going okay. I’m pleased with both the vehicle and the way I was treated.

    poor follow-up

    I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.
