I had a positive experience overall at 46 Auto Sales. The salesperson gave me room to look around, then answered my questions when I narrowed it down to two vehicles. I appreciated being able to take a proper test drive and look under the hood without feeling hurried. The price seemed reasonable for the condition, and the final terms matched what we discussed. My only complaint was the wait to complete the paperwork because the office seemed short-staffed that afternoon. Still, everyone remained polite and kept me updated. The vehicle has been dependable so far, and I would consider returning when my family needs another used car.

    poor follow-up

    I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.
