We discussed my trade-in and financing in a straightforward way, with no confusing sales pitch. The paperwork took a reasonable amount of time, and I received copies of everything before leaving. The car has been running great, and I feel like I made a sensible purchase. I’d recommend giving them a look.

    poor follow-up

    I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.
