I visited after looking at several used cars elsewhere, and this was easily the most comfortable experience. I was allowed to inspect and test-drive the vehicle without someone hovering over me. The staff explained the financing and paperwork in plain language, and the car was clean when I picked it up. I’ve been driving it regularly and haven’t had any surprises. I appreciated the relaxed attitude and the fact that nobody tried to steer me toward something outside my budget.

    poor follow-up

    I called several times about an issue that showed up shortly after my purchase and kept getting told someone would get back to me. Nobody followed through. I wasn’t expecting a perfect used car, but I did expect basic communication after the sale. Once the paperwork was signed, I felt completely ignored.
