I’ve been satisfied with the recycled pallets we get here. They’re generally in good shape, and the loading crew does a careful job. The front check-in process was slower than expected on my last run, which put me a little behind schedule. Otherwise, the order and paperwork were correct.

I was impressed by how smoothly the pickup went. The order count matched my paperwork, the stacks were neat, and the forklift operator loaded my trailer carefully. I was secured and back on the road quickly.

I got a fair batch of used pallets and most were ready for immediate use. Two needed minor board repairs, which was a little disappointing, but the staff was pleasant and pickup went smoothly.

I expected a usable batch of recycled pallets, but too many in my order had split boards, exposed nails, or uneven runners. I understand used pallets will show wear, but I spent more time sorting and repairing these than I planned. Pickup also took longer than I was told, and I had trouble getting a clear answer about replacing the worst ones. The loading employee was courteous, but overall this order created extra work for my crew and did not meet expectations.
