I expected a usable batch of recycled pallets, but too many in my order had split boards, exposed nails, or uneven runners. I understand used pallets will show wear, but I spent more time sorting and repairing these than I planned. Pickup also took longer than I was told, and I had trouble getting a clear answer about replacing the worst ones. The loading employee was courteous, but overall this order created extra work for my crew and did not meet expectations.

I called before driving over and was told the pallets I needed were available. After checking in and waiting in the yard, I learned the quantity was not actually ready. Nobody could give me a reliable timeframe, and I left without the full order after losing a large part of my workday. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially since I had arranged transportation around the pickup. I should not have been told to come in if the inventory had not been confirmed.

I use pallets regularly for outgoing freight, and consistency matters more than anything. The loads I’ve received from this Bartow location have been uniform, sturdy, and ready to put into rotation. I appreciate that the stacks arrive neatly arranged instead of mixed together with broken pieces. Communication has been clear whenever availability changed, and the crew has treated my drivers respectfully. It’s been a dependable source for our operation, especially when we need to replenish inventory without a lot of back-and-forth.

My order was eventually filled correctly, and most of the pallets were sturdy enough for our warehouse needs. However, the initial quantity was short, so I had to wait while the crew located another stack. A few boards were also damaged and had to be removed before use. The employees were polite and fixed the count without arguing, which I appreciated. I would consider returning, but I’d inspect the load more closely and allow extra time for pickup.

I’ve used this location a few times for pallet pickups, and the product has always met our needs. The yard staff moves efficiently and communicates well. My only complaint was a longer wait at check-in during my last visit, but once I got through, loading went quickly.

I’ve been satisfied with the recycled pallets we get here. They’re generally in good shape, and the loading crew does a careful job. The front check-in process was slower than expected on my last run, which put me a little behind schedule. Otherwise, the order and paperwork were correct.

I contacted 48forty Solutions when our regular pallet inventory ran lower than expected. The person handling the order asked the right questions about size, quantity, and condition, then clearly explained what was available. When I arrived in Bartow, check-in was simple and I did not spend half the day sitting in the yard. The forklift operator loaded the stacks evenly and gave me enough room to secure everything properly. Back at our facility, the pallets were consistent and required very little sorting. A couple showed normal wear, but nothing that affected use. From ordering through pickup, the whole process was professional and practical. I’ll call them again when we need another load.

I purchased a load of used pallets for our shipping department. Most were clean, sturdy, and stacked evenly, which saved us time sorting them back at the warehouse. The employees in the yard were polite and careful around our truck. A handful of pallets had loose boards and needed to be set aside, so quality control could be a little tighter. Still, the order was ready as scheduled and the overall value was good. I would use them again.
