I liked the car during the test drive, but a warning light appeared shortly after I brought it home. I called more than once and had trouble getting a clear answer about when they could inspect it. The issue may be minor, but the slow follow-up left me disappointed.

I stopped by to look at an SUV I had been considering and ended up taking it home. They gave me space to inspect it, answered my questions about maintenance, and did not make me feel rushed. The cabin was clean, the tires had good tread, and everything worked during the test drive. Signing took a reasonable amount of time, and the terms were explained in plain language. I have been driving it regularly with no surprises. I would feel comfortable sending a friend here.

I came in expecting the usual pressure, but the whole visit felt relaxed. I was able to look over several cars on my own, then got clear answers when I was ready. The sedan I chose was clean inside, drove smoothly, and matched the condition described to me. They let me take my time on the test drive and explained the financing and warranty options without rushing through the paperwork. I especially appreciated that they pointed out a few normal cosmetic marks before I noticed them. Pickup was simple, the tank had gas, and they checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. Very solid used-car buying experience.

I had a positive experience buying my crossover here. The vehicle looked like the photos, the interior had been cleaned well, and they gave me plenty of time to check everything before the test drive. Nobody tried to steer me toward something outside my budget, which I really respected. The numbers were explained clearly, and I never felt pushed into adding coverage I did not want. My only complaint is that the paperwork and final handoff took quite a while, even after I had made my decision. Still, the staff remained polite, and the car has been running well so far. I would shop here again, just with extra time set aside.
